2010 REGISTRATION DATES
Saturday, February 27th
and
Saturday, March 20th
McHenry Township Senior Center
3519 N. Richmond Rd.
10:00am - 2:00pm
Registration fee: $250 which includes $75 in raffle tickets that you sell and keep the proceeds.
Players need to be present at registration for a weight check.
New players are required to submit a copy of their State Registered Birth Certificate.
Welcome to the McHenry Township Jr. Warriors Football Program.
The McHenry Township Jr. Warriors has been a part of McHenry county since 1965. We are a traveling program with 5 levels of play offered to children 7-14 years of age still in 8th grade. The season begins at the end of July and runs until mid-November. This includes pre-season practice, a 9 week game schedule with practice, and play-offs. Practice is Monday-Friday 5:30pm-7:30pm and games are played on both Saturday and Sunday.
MTJW is a non-profit program run by parent volunteers. We are members of THE CHICAGOLAND YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE. Last year we were proud to be 17 teams and 360 players strong. Each and every year we have been able to grow and we thank you for your continued support.
Our goal is to teach each player the fundamentals of football, safety, sportsmanship, character, and teamwork. We take pride in our commitment to you and your child and their safety on and off the field.
The MTJW Board and Coaches thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your child's growth in the world of football.
